Burger King Kiosk

Tillster is an innovator in the kiosk ordering arena and continues to develop new applications that are being used around the world. Burger King France was the first client to get the kiosk 2.0 platform. Flexible ordering solutions, credit card only or full cash handling. Optimizing speed, service and increased gross margin. Burger King is seeing a 33% life of sales at the kiosk compared to at the counter order. Multilingual kiosk for both French and English speaking customers serves to make the kiosk software ideal globally, speeding transactions, offering lift and improving guest satisfaction

Burger King France was the first client to be put on the new kiosk 2.0 platform. It was my role to come up with Kiosk 2.0 ordering flow solutions that would be used for all of Tillster’s kiosk clients going forward. I was to come up with all new UI/UX designs, ordering and check out solutions and solve several issues our legacy kiosk’s had. I worked with the Creative Director, CMO, CEO and Burger King to ensure top notch quality product in a very short period of two months.

The solutions that I created for the kiosk was adapted by our other Burger King ordering applications such as our mobile application and our web based ordering website. The UI designer was able to take all the solutions I came up with from the main ordering menu to the combo builder. Building an ordering application is limited by the POS and Menu builder, because of those limitations solutions can be very challenging. Burger King customers are very loyal, because the kiosk ordering solutions were adapted by all other platforms, customers can easily order from one device to the next without having a learn a new product.

I am very excited to say that the kiosk is generating a 33% lift compared to the orders taken at the register, I have not got analtyics yet back from our team to make any needed adjustments, currently Burger King kiosk is in production to come to the United States in December 2014, show casing a pilot store for testing.
